...but that doesn’t mean we can’t appreciate the incredibly good-looking cast of men on the show!
Created by Ryan Condal, House of the Dragon is the prequel series to HBO’s hit fantasy show Game of Thrones. It is set 200 years prior to the events that took place on GoT and follows a time when House Targaryen ruled Westeros. Even though House of the Dragon is still airing its inaugural season, viewers are already completely obsessed with the drama surrounding the Targaryens and the ever-growing rivalry between Princess Rhaenyra (played by Emma D’Arcy) and Alicent Hightower (played by Olivia Cooke).
One would be remiss not to mention the hunky guys featured on House of the Dragon, even if those characters aren’t ideal men that one should be thirsting over. Most notably, Matt Smith is delivering an incredibly powerful performance as Prince Daemon Targaryen and looking great while doing it. There’s also the ultimate heartthrob of the series, Fabien Frankel, who plays Ser Criston Cole on House of the Dragon. Fans can’t forget Ryan Corr starring as Ser Harwin Strong. And of course, we can’t omit John Macmillan, who plays gay character Laenor Velaryon in the fantasy epic.
House of the Dragon airs Sundays on HBO Max.
