Jana Kramer Looks Sexy at 40th Birthday Bash Weeks After Son's Birth - Us Weekly

Jana Kramer brought sexy back — and reminded Us she’s one hot mama — while showing skin at her 40th birthday bash.

“The best 40th ever with the best of friends,” Kramer, 40, wrote via Instagram on Saturday, December 2. “So. Blessed.”

The A Cowboy Christmas Romance actress brought the heat in a form fitting black dress with sheer lining on the bodice and a halter neckline. Kramer topped off her birthday look with a white shawl, black satin gloves and strappy high heels. She opted for a wine-colored lipstick and wavy locks as she celebrated her special day with fiancé Allan Russell.

Russell, 42, looked dapper in a cream suit, a black bowtie and wingtip dress shoes. The twosome, who revealed in May that they are engaged, posed for photos by a decorated Christmas tree and white stocking hung by the fireplace. Kramer and Russell’s vintage wardrobe matched the theme of the One Tree Hill alum’s party, which was a murder mystery event.

“Stunner!!!!” Grey’s Anatomy alum Sarah Drew replied in the comments section, while Hallmark’s Cameron Mathison added, “Happy birthday!!!!!!!!❤️❤️❤️.”

Kramer’s fans, however, couldn’t get over her post-baby glow as the actress welcomed her and Russell’s first baby, son Roman James, just weeks before her milestone birthday.

The little one, who arrived on November 13, is Kramer’s third child. She shares daughter Jolie, 7, and son Jace, 4, with ex-husband Mike Caussin. Russell also has a 16-year-old son from a prior relationship.

“No way you just had a baby!! 😍 Happy 40th!” one user wrote in the comments. A second follower agreed, adding, “Shut up. I was still wearing my c-section adult diapers at this point 😂 you look amazing momma. Welcome to club 40!”

Although Kramer looked fierce while toasting to her new decade of life, she revealed via social media that her big day wasn’t exactly what she expected. “Anyone that has known me since I was 30 has known about my 40th birthday plans. It was one of the many things I wouldn’t shut up about 😂,” she wrote via Instagram on Saturday alongside a photo with her kids. “But like they say, you make plans and God just laughs at them. When we found out Roman’s due date was my birthday, I knew all along God had a way better plan than I could have ever dreamt of.”

The “I Got the Boy” singer added: “This was exactly how this was always supposed to look and I wouldn’t trade it for anything or any beach in the world. I’m home, with my family … The biggest Unanswered prayer of a gift for my 40th.”

Bieber styled her black sweaterdress with a sleek bun, chunky gold hoop earrings, and a shimmery makeup look that is due for a dessert-related brand name any moment now. In the caption the supermodel wrote, “Frosty ❄️.” The carousel included seven photos and two audio-free video clips of Bieber posing in front of a blank wall to show off her look. One pic included her husband, Justin Bieber, who wore a coordinating but dressed-down ’fit, consisting of black trousers, an oversized black leather jacket, beanie, and sunglasses.

Elle Fanning Is Bringing Sexy (Suiting) Back - InStyle

IMO, we were living in a sexy suit deficit for most of the last decade. The ‘90s and early 2000s were full of jacket-trouser combos that brought sultriness to suiting, from Gwyneth Paltrow’s iconic red velvet suit to Jennifer Aniston walking the Golden Globes red carpet in cropped black blazer with nothing underneath. As time went on, workwear became more formal and less playful — so much so, you probably wouldn’t dare wear it outside of the office. Earlier this year, the actress wore one of my most coveted looks when she rocked a cropped, pin-stripe waistcoat with low-waisted, seriously oversized trousers, perfectly balancing formal and fun. And this week in New York, she might have even one-upped that look: While appearing on LIVE with Kelly and Mark, the actress wore straight-leg trousers and matching but slightly oversized blazer from Michael Kors Collection, a timeless black belt, and a cropped, cross-strapped halter top.

The long hem on both her blazer and pants made the suit feel extra slinky, while the midriff-baring, strappy tank added a youthful touch to the outfit. It was sexy, fun, and still sophisticated. And while I obviously want to wear this entire look down to the perfect black heels, I’m also thinking of ways to bring elements of her outfit into my existing wardrobe, and can’t help but gravitate towards the blazer.

Oversized blazers have been the ‘It’ girl layering piece of the last few years, and this look proved to me that they’re not going anywhere. As Fanning demonstrated, a relaxed blazer makes even your favorite going-out tops feel a bit more polished. And what I love the most is that it works beyond suit pants, transforming more casual looks — like a white T-shirt, jeans, and sneakers — into a chic ‘fit. It’s the coat that keeps on giving, with versatility that lends itself to most seasons and almost anything in your wardrobe.

Paramount+ ‘Sexy Beast’ Prequel Series Sets Premiere Date, Drops First-Look Photos - Variety

Paramount+ original series “Sexy Beast” has announced a premiere date of Jan. 25, 2024 and released first-look photos.

The eight-episode UK series serves as a prequel to the 2000 crime thriller film “Sexy Beast.” It traces the relationship between best friends and thieves Gal Dove (James McArdle) and Don Logan (Emun Elliott), who together become involved in London’s criminal world during the 1990s. Gal begins a romance with the seductively alluring adult film star Deedee (Sarah Greene), which proves to be a dangerous endeavor. In the film, the role of Gal was formerly played by Ray Winstone, while the role of Don was played by Ben Kingsley. Deedee was played by Amanda Redman. Michael Caleo (“The Sopranos”) is executive producer, writer and showrunner.

“I feel so fortunate to be able to explore these beautifully crafted characters a decade before we met them in the original story,” Caleo previously said. “This series has been a great passion of mine for many years and I cannot wait to see it come to life with this amazing cast.”

“I feel very fortunate to be a part of this world,” said McArdle. “The original story leaves so much space for us all to wonder what happened within Gal and Don’s friendship in the years prior. I’m looking forward to everyone being able to rediscover these characters and find out.” 

“Sexy Beast” is produced by AC Chapter One and Anonymous Content with Paramount Television International Studios, Paramount Global’s international studio division. David Scinto and Louis Mellis, who wrote the original film, serve as executive producers along with Caleo, Nicole Clemens, Antony Smith, Michael Scheel, JC Acosta, Alastair Galbraith and David Gaffey. The series wrapped filming in Liverpool earlier this year.

Billie Eilish's latest red carpet look is giving sexy librarian - Cosmopolitan UK

We can always count on Billie Eilish to bring the seriously unexpected – but still truly FAB – looks to the red carpet. The 21-year-old singer-songwriter is renowned for her unique sense of style, that has seen her rock everything from a bedazzled beekeeper headpiece with a full Burberry check co-ord to the 2019 AMAs, all the way through to *that* see-through goth glam dress for this year's Met Gala. Hell, she even wore her actual PJs complete with a matching sleep mask and duvet on the red carpet once! All this to say that Billie ain't afraid to experiment, even when all the world's eyes are on her...

Which is how she ended up attending the third Annual Academy Museum Gala in Los Angeles last night channeling an aesthetic that can only be described as "sexy librarian chic". Yep, while the rest of Hollywood's glitterati went full glam in the likes of polka-dot ballgowns (Kaia Gerber), *very* see-through black lace dresses (Addison Rae and Dua Lipa) and various sequinned, red satin and snow-white festive looks (basically everyone else), Billie put her own stamp on red carpet dressing in a pinstriped two-piece.

The unique brown striped ensemble is a design by Jean Paul Gaultier, consisting of a blazer with a plunging neckline, worn with nothing underneath (or, by the looks of it, a *serious* push-up bra), and a matching maxi skirt. And to really drive the librarian aesthetic home, Billie completed the look with a pair of round reading glasses and a silk headscarf. Iconic, much?!

We're loving her newly-dyed bright red roots too, and those gigantic Jessica McCormack diamond necklaces... Not to mention the gold grills she so proudly flashed on the red carpet. Billie really is as unique and fab as they come.

Lifetime Christmas movie unveils a network first: A sex scene - Los Angeles Times

Ho ho ho! Lifetime Channel might be on Santa’s naughty list this year.

This season’s “It’s a Wonderful Lifetime” lineup of 12 new holiday movies includes “A Cowboy Christmas Romance,” a Christmas flick à la “Yellowstone” that includes a first for the franchise: a steamy sex scene.

“We think that there’s an audience out there that’s hungry for grown-up romance, and we’re looking forward to adding some smolder to the usual holiday sugar and spice,” Tia Maggini, senior vice president of scripted content at Lifetime, told Variety. “We love trying new things, and we’re excited about this new ‘first’ for us for a holiday movie.”

The movie, starring Jana Kramer and Adam Senn, follows a real estate “closer” who begrudgingly returns to her Arizona hometown just before Christmas. There, she sets out to convince a dreamy rancher to sell his family’s land. Anyone who’s watched “Yellowstone” knows ranchers don’t take kindly to their land being threatened, so naturally there’s conflict and angst from the start, but ultimately — as the title hints — the cowboy and “closer” become entangled in a Christmas romance.

”Grey’s Anatomy” star Sarah Drew wrote the film, and she’s hyping it up via her Instagram. “Buckle up for a steamy, sexy Christmas flick written and executive produced by yours truly. Do you like Yellowstone? Sexy Cowboys? Family drama? Christmas? Do you like to cry and gush? Then you’ll love #acowboychristmasromance,” she wrote. “I had so much fun writing and executive producing this.”

Drew also joined Kramer during Monday’s episode of iHeartRadio’s “Whine Down” podcast, and discussed how the steamy scenes were a must.

“It all came out so beautifully, but especially the scene in the kitchen,” Drew said. “I had written in the stage directions — He pulls her up onto the counter, he shoves things off the table — I put it all in there and I was like, don’t take the steam and the sex away from me. I wrote it on purpose. I want it there.”

Kramer told Drew that “A Cowboy Christmas Romance” was unlike any of the Lifetime movies she’d done in the past. The actor, who’s starred in eight of the network’s films to date, was relieved that this one felt like it had some raw honesty in it that reflected her life. She continued that she was surprised that Lifetime was running with the script as Drew wrote it but said the network didn’t make any cuts.

“Spoiler alert — he lays me down on some hay, and then we, you know,” Kramer continued, laughing. “Obviously, it’s still Lifetime, it’s still family. But it was pushing limits there, too. …
They didn’t cut anything. I was so happy that they really left it all in there.”

Kramer also noted that the word “Christmas” is barely mentioned in the film. “There’s no gingerbread bake-off, there’s no festival, that town that’s going to hell and you gotta save it,” she said. “Those cozy feelings happen, but it’s all mixed up with real family stuff and identity stuff and relationship stuff.”

“A Cowboy Christmas Romance” debuts on Dec. 9.
