Detectives target prostitution on Queen of Hearts, So Sexy Escort, Platinum Pleasures - WPLG Local 10

MIAMI – A woman and three men are facing charges for operating prostitution sites with a network of escorts at hotels in Miami-Dade and Broward counties, according to local, state, and federal investigators who announced the arrests Friday on cases that took a few years to pursue.

Yaydelin Battle, 44, a former Hialeah resident, has been awaiting extradition to Broward County on two warrants while in the custody of Osceola County corrections since Thursday, records show. Battle is allegedly associated with the Queen of Hearts site.

Marcelo Arbelo, 45, has pending cases in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Detectives arrested him on Tuesday in Plantation and he remained at the Joseph V. Conte Facility on Friday in Pompano Beach, records show. He is allegedly associated with the So Sexy Escort site.

Detectives also helped deputies to arrest Jack Fernandez and his older brother Justo Fernandez on Monday at homes in the Broward County’s cities of Hollywood and Pembroke Pines. They remained behind bars on Friday in Pompano Beach.

Records show Fernandez, 39, was at the North Broward Bureau, and Fernandez, 43, was at the Joseph V. Conte Facility. They were both allegedly associated with the Platinum Pleasures site and faced charges of deriving support from the proceeds of prostitution and money laundering.

For the case in Plantation, Arbelo is facing charges of deriving support of the proceeds of prostitution, and money laundering transfer of $100,000 or more. For the case in Doral, Arbelo is facing charges of human trafficking, deriving support from the proceeds of prostitution, and sexual battery.

Justo Fernandez is facing charges of deriving support from the proceeds of prostitution and money laundering. (BSO)

Chloe Bailey on Facing Critics Who Targeted Her for Being Too Sexy: 'Deep Inside It Was Killing Me' - PEOPLE

Chloe Bailey may appear ultra-confident on stage, but that's not always the case behind the scenes.

After rising to fame alongside her sister Halle as a musical duo, Bailey's been branching out into solo stardom over the last few years and living by a mantra: "Fake it until you make it."

"We both didn't really know who we were individually without the other, and that's what was really scary for me," Bailey, 24, tells PEOPLE of launching her solo career in this week's issue. "It was a moment of self-doubt where I was like, 'Can I do this without my sister?'"

The musician and actress first stepped into her own with the single "Have Mercy" and a few debut performances in 2021, and she was soon met with criticism for being too sexy. On the surface, she maintained her confident onstage persona — "but deep inside it was killing me, to be honest," says Bailey.

Chloe Bailey. Jack Bridgland

"I never understood it. I'd look at my peers and be like, 'We're all the same age. They're showing as much as me, if not more. But if I do it, I'm ridiculed to the max,'" she recalls, noting that she eventually deleted Twitter for a period of time to shut out the negativity.

"As much as I would see it and try to act like it didn't affect or bother me, it would. I was starting to believe the lies that the trolls were saying online, and I started to look down on myself even more than what I already was doing with my own insecurities," says Bailey. "Once I ignored it, I've been good."

Once she started working on her debut album In Pieces, out Friday, the "Pray It Away" singer decided to use her low points to inform her songwriting.

"I was really vulnerable, and I was like, 'This project's going to be about all types of heartbreak — not just with a romantic partner, but heartbreak with family and friends that you trusted and thought would always be there for you," explains Bailey. "Heartbreak within yourself when it's hard to look in the mirror and tell yourself, 'I love you,' because you haven't found that self-love yet."

Chloe Bailey 'In Pieces' Album Artwork. Courtesy of Columbia Records

The album features songs like "Make It Look Easy" about situations in which Bailey's had to wipe away tears and put on a smile before performances. Another soul-baring moment is the title track, which acts as a love letter to supportive figures in her life who've picked her back up from feeling low.

For Bailey, one of those people has been her godmother, Shermay Joh. "In the darkest times of my life, she lifted me up. I physically wouldn't be here without her, and I think people can read between the lines with that," she says. "We need at least one person to help us carry the weight because it does get quite heavy sometimes."

The artist has also found support in Halle, as well as their mentor and record label boss Beyoncé and the legendary Missy Elliott — who's featured on the In Pieces track "Told Ya." While working on the collaboration, she even received some advice from the "Work It" rapper.

"She's always told me to just keep going and that she's proud of me," says Bailey, who performed a tribute to Elliott, 51, at the Recording Academy's Black Music Collective ceremony earlier this year. "To have someone like Missy Elliott tell me that — but only Queen Bey, but Missy Elliott on top of that — like, whew. God is good."

As for the criticism of her sexy performances, Bailey's no longer concerned with pleasing every viewer. Not only do her fans appreciate the self-assured nature of her onstage presence, but she does as well. "I find my confidence onstage," says the five-time Grammy nominee. "It's where I flourish."

Through In Pieces and Bailey's upcoming tour, fans will get a glimpse into the highs and lows she's faced throughout her life and career.

"The overall narrative of this project is that I don't have my s--- together, and it's OK," she says. "No matter how many times I break, I'll put myself back together.

For more from Chloe Bailey, pick up the latest issue of PEOPLE, on newsstands everywhere Friday.

If there's any moment that needs a dose of body-ody-ody, you can count on Megan Thee Stallion to deliver — and over-deliver. At the Hollywood Reporter's annual stylist dinner, Meg wore a vintage Paco Rabanne two-piece outfit that saw her serving body with a side of Diana Ross realness thanks to her huge Afro hairstyle.

Meg attended the event with her stylist, Law Roach (though it's unclear whether or not he'll still be working with her after his cryptic announcement earlier this month), who wore a long black satin coat for the event. Megan's two-piece outfit included a chain-strap halter detail on her bandeau top and low-slung, flowy pants — all in a shimmering gold color. She added sharp cat-eye liner to her look and her signature glossy, dark-lined lips.

"We had this SS 1997 @pacorabanne sitting in the closet waiting for the perfect moment! Love you @luxurylaw thank you @juliendossena," she wrote on Instagram, sharing a few more images so her followers could get close-up looks at her nails and the outfit's chain-link details. She also showed what the outfit looked like when it walked the runway back in '97.

Pamela Anderson Is Having a Sexy Fashion Comeback - Harper's BAZAAR

A lot of people think they can be Pamela Anderson, and no one knows this better than her stylist, Rebecca Ramsey. Reached in Los Angeles via phone to discuss Anderson’s recent looks, Ramsey suddenly shrieks with excitement. “Someone is walking by me right now in this huge fluffy hat. It is so Pam!”

She saw an even more literal homage to Anderson’s famed 1999 VMAs look at the New York premiere of Anderson’s documentary, Pamela, A Love Story. “An older woman was wearing a big pink hat, and she carried a hat box around! It was amazing,” Ramsey says. Maybe you’ve seen the tributes, too, like the ones on TikTok, where a Pamela Anderson filter with more than 345 million views will give you her signature smoky eye and skinny brow. “Everyone keeps saying the skinny brow is coming back, but, you know, she has always had them,” Ramsey points out.

Some of the desire among young people to look like they were hand-plucked from the ’90s can be traced back to Anderson. Sure, dressing like you’re from the decade that preceded your birth has always been appealing; it feels almost paranormal, a way to time-travel and become a version of yourself that could never exist now. But there’s a very specific kind of ’90s throwback dressing—halfway between the serious elegance of Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy and the eccentric playful kitschness of the Spice Girls—that feels pioneered by Anderson herself. It’s a look that can encompass a white crop top with light-wash cutoff denim shorts or a slinky neutral slipdress with sharp kitten heels. And there’s no one who has ever pulled it off quite like Anderson, whose megawatt smile radiates the kind of confidence everyone wants.

Her style is sexy without being over-the-top, and put-together without feeling complicated. It also tends to generate the mistaken impression that being this sexy is easy: Just wear something simple that shows some cleavage and you’re done. Unfortunately, that attitude is what made people think they were entitled to Anderson for decades. As her son Brandon Thomas Lee says in Pamela, A Love Story, “I don’t think people consider her the owner of her own image. It’s Pamela Anderson: public property.”

Ten minutes into our conversation, Ramsey and I are already raving about Anderson’s ’90s looks. Of course, there’s the pink feathered hat she wore with sequined pants and a white corset in 1999. But there’s also her black leather bustier and mesh opera gloves from the 1995 Cannes Film Festival, and her gigantic wide-brim hat and sheer dress from the 1997 American Music Awards. What she was doing in the ’90s—creating saucy looks that were seductive and incredibly individualized without being unnecessarily serious—is what so many people think they’re doing now with fast-fashion dupes inspired by her ’90s wardrobe.

“We owe her so much,” Ramsey says to me. “The sad thing that’s come out of documentaries of women in the ’90s, though, is that it just shows how they were treated. The ’90s were an amazing time in fashion, but they were terrible in how the media treated women.”

Anderson was born in Ladysmith, Canada, and was discovered on the Jumbotron at a BC Lions Canadian football game, wearing a Labatt's beer T-shirt. She briefly became the spokesmodel for the brewery before catching the attention of Playboy, which flew her out to Los Angeles to shoot the cover of its October 1989 issue. She went on to model for the magazine and became a Playmate, eventually shooting more covers than anyone in the brand’s history. In her documentary, she explains that the magazine essentially worked as her agent—they were the ones who received the call asking if she would be interested in auditioning for Baywatch, a weekly series about a group of lifeguards on a California beach. After turning down an audition 11 times, Anderson eventually gave in. Once she was cast as lifeguard CJ Parker, the show shot her to international fame.

Everyone wanted to know Anderson at the time, but no one more than Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee, who flew out to Cancun in February of 1995, after she mentioned to him she would be there for a photo shoot. They met up at a club, a night she described as a “big happy blur” where they “felt invincible,” and a few days later, they were married on the beach. Anderson famously wore a white string bikini.

Later that year, a homemade sex tape was stolen from the couple’s home and widely distributed. Anderson said it caused the end of her career as she knew it. She became a punch line on talk shows, where male hosts felt more entitled than ever to ask questions about her body. Nearly two decades later, in 2022, she would have to relive the pain of people profiting off her stolen intimacy with the release of Hulu’s miniseries Pam and Tommy, a show she has refused to watch and that was made against her wishes.

So how exactly does it feel to style one of the most famous sex symbols of all time for the press tour of her documentary and book—projects she’s using to finally take control of the narrative everyone else has tried to write for her? “The stakes were really, really, really high,” Ramsey says.

Ramsey met Anderson on a shoot just a couple months ago. “They wanted me to meet her, and I think she’s so special. I know it is such a loosely used word, but she is an icon. She’s a pop culture and fashion icon.” She said yes because it would be unimaginable to say no—“Of course, I wanted to meet her!”—but also because “I just felt like this was a really special opportunity to be there for someone and their most real self, but also to support the glamor of the red carpet.”

What many people don’t realize about Anderson is that she loves fashion, not just clothes. That’s why her most famous looks are burned into the brains of anyone who’s seen them—because she is clearly having fun with everything she wears. Her outfits have always had an energy to them, a vibe you can’t DIY.

“She is a real person, and she loves fashion,” Ramsey says. “She has excellent taste! She loves The Row and she loves Brunello Cucinelli. She likes nice things. She likes to be cozy. She loves luxury!” Anderson was, after all, close personal friends with Vivienne Westwood, having walked in her shows and starred in a handful of campaigns. On the brand’s page on YouTube, you can find a video of the duo six years ago in Hydra, Greece, sitting on some steps discussing what it means to be an activist in between fits of laughter.

For the first look of the tour at the film’s Los Angeles premiere, Ramsey and Anderson decided on a red Naeem Khan dress that referenced her famous Baywatch one-piece. “I love a nod, and it doesn’t feel like too much. It’s all about her owning her story and owning her image in a fabulous dress. It was minimal and not going to overpower her; we all know she looks good in red and a subtle sparkle. When she put it on, it was just like, ‘Wow! On social media, people responded with a wave of joy. Here was Pamela Anderson, as we’ve all come to know and love her, dressed for an entirely new chapter. Even Ramsey Instagrammed a red-carpet photo with the caption, “She invented red.”

As the tour went on, Ramsey and Anderson decided to use vintage to continue referencing the past without being too on the nose. “Pamela was so open to vintage, which I thought was so cool. And it wasn’t the vintage ’90s pieces you remember Pam wearing but more grown-up, sophisticated looks from that era.”

For her appearance on the TODAY show, she wore a sleek and polished navy suit that Tom Ford designed for Gucci in 1995. She went even more classic for Jimmy Kimmel Live! in another piece from the same collection: a feminine little black pleated tea dress with a sweet neckline and black pumps.

I think the best photos of that look aren’t of her on air, but of her walking off set, wearing cat-eye sunglasses, with a beige trench coat folded in the crook of her arm. She resembles Audrey Hepburn, but not in the way people who dress up as Pamela Anderson resemble Pamela Anderson. It’s not a costume—she is simply embodying the grace of a woman who insists on dressing for herself even when she knows everyone’s looking at her.

On The Howard Stern Show, Anderson wore a “sweet vintage Alaïa dress,” as Ramsey puts it, in a similar silhouette—“I was like, ‘Yeah! We’re wearing FASHION to Howard Stern!’” Then there was the houndstooth Yohji Yamamoto skirt suit for the New York press leg, styled with a 2009 Alexander McQueen blouse and little leather gloves. Anderson looked bookish and Edwardian, but also a bit punk. The looks weren’t as skin-baring as those from the ’90s, but they still felt sexy, if not sexier, letting Anderson’s ladylike poise shine through. (After all, that composed coolness is what made her look untouchably hot in the first place.)

Ramsey loved how unexpected the vintage houndstooth Yohji Yamamoto skirt suit, worn with a McQueen blouse and gloves, looked. “In the beginning, I don’t think Pam really liked it, but I said, ‘No, this is going to be good.’ And then, she finally put it on and we all said, ‘Oh yeah, this is good.’ I think it was maybe my favorite look!”

That same kind of electric elegance was visible in her not-entirely-vintage looks, like an all-beige layered Magda Butrym outfit consisting of a tie-neck blouse worn with tapered cream pants and a trench coat thrown over the shoulders. Or a slinky white archival Alexander McQueen cowl-neck slipdress worn with a striped Sergio Hudson coat that mimicked the marquee of New York’s Paris Theater.

Some of the people who wrote off Anderson because of her stolen sex tape are probably seeing the Pamissance (the name her comeback has earned online) as an attempt to move away from her sexy image. But as she’s said in her documentary and in countless interviews, “I’m not a damsel in distress.” She doesn’t need your redemption, and she isn’t trying to alter people’s perceptions of her. Last month, she even told The New York Times, “I guess the sex symbol-y thing is part of what people think of me and it’s not like I’m trying to change it.”

If anything, the celebrity persona she and Ramsey are using fashion to create is that of a woman who doesn’t necessarily desire change as much as she wants control. Anderson’s looks, after all, have always had panache.

It’s why Simon Porte Jacquemus cast her to be the star of Jacquemus’s Christmas campaign this past winter, Donatella Versace wanted her to sit front row in a sequined feather cape at her fall 2023 show in Los Angeles two weeks ago, and Marco Falcioni had her open the Hugo Boss show in Miami the other week. Anderson is a muse for designers because despite everything she’s been through, she epitomizes the confidence clothing is supposed to give you. She has that aplomb everyone tries to sew into hemlines.

“I always hoped … I would do something which would be more interesting to people than my body,” Anderson says in Pamela, A Love Story. Maybe she doesn’t realize it yet, but it’s finally happened. Everyone is talking about Pamela Anderson again, not because of the tape or her figure or her pretty blonde hair, but because she has proven time and time again to have a style entirely her own. Her 55 years’ worth of big hats, tiny baby tees, and, now, excellent archival dresses that prove nothing is sexier than a woman who knows who she is, and who has never tried to be anything but herself.

2024 Hyundai Sonata First Look: Updated Sedan Wears One Sexy Unibrow - MotorTrend

Since its arrival for the 2019 model year, the eighth-generation Hyundai Sonata has been an attention-grabber. Its premium looks and attractive features make it a compelling and different offering in a typically staid segment, and now it's getting a deep mid-cycle refresh. The 2024 Hyundai Sonata looks sportier and more futuristic, enough so that it could be confused for an all-new model, not one that's merely updated to keep it fresh another few years.

As you can see, the 2024 Hyundai Sonata adopts the same basic exterior design that debuted here in America on the smaller 2024 Kona SUV. The main feature is Hyundai's Seamless Horizon Lamp, a long horizontal daytime running light that spans nearly the entire front end. The actual headlights are hidden in the black trim in the bumper, exaggerating the nose's low-slung look. If the refreshed Sonata looks wider to you, it's because of all those horizontal design elements that Hyundai added. A performance-oriented N Line variant is once again available, and it gets even more sharper angles and a honeycomb grille pattern.

From the profile, things haven't changed much. Besides the new wheel designs, there isn't much to report here; the four-door coupe styling that debuted in the eighth generation continues for the 2024 model.

The rear, however, gets a new design. A new H-shaped taillight takes over the rear, again connecting both corners and giving the back a wide appearance like the front. A new black trim piece on the rear fascia starts behind the wheels and expands up to house the license plate and dual or quad exhausts (depending on the variant). The black trim is also present on the ducktail spoiler, and while the shape of the trunk doesn't appear to have changed, it looks better than before.

A New Interior Experience

Inside, the 2024 Hyundai Sonata gets a whole lot of changes. New dual 12.3-inch screens make their way into the cabin, taking a page from other newer Hyundais, including the electric Ioniq 5. The overall feel of the cabin is modern and premium. With wood-like and aluminum trims, the Sonata's interior looks closer to a luxury sedan, and its horizontal design (sensing a theme?) makes the cabin seem wider. The push-button gear selector has been replaced by a short shifter on the steering column, freeing up some space in the center console.

Hyundai didn't give any details on the infotainment system, but we can tell from the pictures that its design and graphics are new, and the dual 12.3-inch screens appear to be closer together than they are in other Hyundai/Kia vehicles with the same setup.

We're happy to see physical buttons for quicker access to the infotainment, and the HVAC controls are now part of a touch display like what we've seen in the latest Genesis models. New ambient lighting will make the cabin feel more premium at night.

What About Under the Hood?

Hyundai didn't provide any powertrain details, but we expect the current engines and transmission to carry over. That means the 191-hp 2.5-liter naturally aspirated l-4 could continue to be the base engine, while the 180-hp 1.6-liter turbo-four would be the optional powertrain. The hybrid model has proven to be quite popular for Sonata buyers, so we expect the 2024 model to offer a hybrid engine.

We don't expect any changes for the 2024 Hyundai Sonata N Line either, so it's likely we'll see the 2.5-liter turbo-four engine with 290 hp and 311 lb-ft of torque. We've said wonderful things about the Sonata N Line, and we hope this model stays the same outside of its snappy new duds.

The 2024 Hyundai Sonata will debut globally at the Seoul Mobility Show, but we expect it to arrive on U.S. shores later this year.

The cast of Party Down gathered for the show's Los Angeles premiere, and it looks like the event was, as expected, a party. After 13 years off the air, the comedy is back for a reboot season, and Jennifer Garner joined the cast as a guest star. Jennifer shut down the red carpet with her flattering black jumpsuit and shoulder-length hair.

Jennifer is a new addition to the cast, along with James Marsden, Quinta Brunson, and Nick Offerman.

Up next, Jennifer will star alongside Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Aisha Tyler in The Last Thing He Told Me. The new series, based on the best-selling novel by Laura Dave, premieres on April 14 on Apple TV+.

ALDI's New Drip Is Sexy as Hell - The Takeout

aldi new clothes

Repping one’s favorite food and beverage brands by wearing their merch has become hugely popular in recent years, and it translates to big business. These drops not only connect with streetwear culture and capitalize on collectors’ appetite for limited-edition items, but the swag also turns the wearer into a walking advertisement for the brand. We’ve seen a lot of this drip come and go, usually involving fast food. But as the nation’s fastest-growing grocery chain, ALDI didn’t want to be left behind: the company just released its largest batch of gear to date, and fans are snatching it up.

While we’re used to fast food and consumer product brands selling both fashionable duds and weird swag, its not often you get an entire grocery store chain releasing a wide array of wearables. But the brand keeps proving what we already know: ALDI aims to please.

ALDI’s new clothing collection

ALDI’s latest swag includes track suits, hats, socks, slides, pants, shirts, and more, all decked out with the store’s signature colors of dark blue, orange, red, and yellow. Everything is under $10 and is available at ALDI stores in the ALDI Finds aisle (while supplies last). The hype around this particular drop has been pretty energetic: I’m seeing multiple friends of mine posting pictures of their clothing finds, and fans online are also showing off what they’ve snagged.

Reddit is one online destination where people have been showing off their swag, especially in the subreddit /r/aldi. You’ve got entire groups of fans posing for pics, each with enthusiastic captions:

Unfortunately, there have been some complaints about opportunists aggressively clearing shelves for resale. Sure enough, I’ve already found a batch going for a whopping $500 on eBay. This is unfortunately common with any type of mass merch drop—just ask McDonald’s, whose Cactus Plant Flea Market toys hit eBay in a big way after selling out at restaurants nationwide.

I receive a lot of branded promotional swag in my line of work, so I’ve developed an eye for these things, and I’ve got to say that the design on the new ALDI stuff is pretty good, especially compared to a lot of what I’ve seen. Since this isn’t a one-off stunt mailer being sent to influencers so they can post on TikTok about it, but rather a product actually being sold to customers in ALDI stores, the design looks well thought-out. Besides, who doesn’t love a good tracksuit?

Love them or hate them, merch drops, especially apparel, are an industry trend that’s not going anywhere anytime soon. They’re too profitable for companies to pass up, and even your cult favorite grocery store chain is getting in on it.

Gisele Bündchen modeling career is back in a big way.

The supermodel, author, entrepreneur and mom was recently snapped in Miami Beach, Florida tackling another photo shoot just days after the release of her tell-all Vanity Fair interview where she talked about everything from her Tom Brady divorce to her early modeling career and goals for the future.

In the photos, Bündchen (who topped Forbes' highest paying model list for 14 years running) appears to be shooting a new campaign for Louis Vuitton.

She wears a cutout one-piece covered in the label's signature "LV" logo (similar styles retail for $950) and a gold chain necklace. Her hair is styled in her signature natural waves as she poses with a luggage on the sand.

The 42-year-old re-entered her career with the French fashion label earlier this year. In her first campaign following her Oct. 28 split from the soon-to-be Fox Sports broadcaster, Bündchen posed topless while showcasing Louis Vuitton's Yayoi Kusama collection.

In the weeks following, she was photographed in Miami wearing a variety of daring swimsuit looks for what was later revealed to be her Vanity Fair cover shoot.

But it wasn't only through her sexy swim looks with which Bündchen dared to bare. In her conversation with the publication, she dropped many bombshells that gave insight on her marriage to Brady.

"It's tough because you imagine your life was going to be a certain way, and you did everything you could, you know?" she confessed. She noted that the ending of her "dream" was "heartbreaking."

Bündchen also opened up about her relationship with jiu jitsu trainer Joaquim Valente (who she was first romantically linked to in November), however kept her disclosures vague.

"I think, at this point, unfortunately, because I'm divorced, I'm sure that they're going to try to attach me to anything," she told the outlet about circulating reports.

Bündchen did praise Valente, along with his brothers Pedro and Gui, who also teach martial arts. "I'm so grateful to know all of them, because not only have they helped me and helped my kids, but they have become great friends, and Joaquim especially," she said.

These days, the fashion industry pro has been sticking to gigs in the Florida, where she and her family are currently based. "She is very happy about living in Miami. The kids will attend school there," a source previously told PEOPLE.

However, she'd love to one day raise her children – son Benjamin Rein, 13, and daughter Vivian Lake, 10 (both of whom she shares with Brady) in Costa Rica. The three have been spending a lot of time there since the couple's split.

"My dream was to raise my kids here," Bündchen revealed in her cover story. "I didn't get to be here as much as I'd like, but now I'm bringing them more often."

"If I never went to another city again, I'd be perfectly happy," she noted, later adding, "I'm a simple girl who wants to be in nature—leave me alone. I just want to go do my job and raise my children in peace."

Jameela Jamil Ushered in a Spring Version of the Sexy Boot Trend Amal Clooney Can't Stop Wearing - InStyle

The very first time I saw Jameela Jamil in The Good Place, I felt like I could relate to her. We both had fluffy bangs, bold, berry lips, and cocoa-colored skin. I saw a bit of myself on the screen, and it was everything. Since then, I’ve closely followed the She-Hulk: Attorney at Law star, and throughout the years, her style choices have never disappointed — especially a recent spring-ready look.

On March 22, Jamil stepped out in New York City, wearing a super fluffy coat with what appeared to be nothing underneath. It featured a tie-front belt and looked beyond cozy — in fact, it actually reminded me of something I’d lounge in while binge-watching my favorite Netflix show. So I’m calling it: Jamil just made a case for wearing snuggly loungewear (err, bathrobes?) outdoors, and I’m very here for it.

Jamil didn’t stop there, as she reached for Amal Clooney’s go-to shoe trend: over-the-knee boots. Clooney has worn the tall shoes more than once, and every time, they look classy and sexy. Now, Jamil is jumping on board with a suede, tan iteration that features a pointed-toe front and gold heel. I’m also a fan of this luxe shoe trend, as you can pair over-the-knee boots with just about anything. A mini dress? Check. Shorts? Love it. Over skinny jeans? Yes — these shoes can even make those jeans feel trendy again.

For accessories, Jamil reached for rose-colored sunglasses that resembled gemstones — and best of all, I found a similar pair on sale for $16. Lastly, she slipped on a wrap-around silver ring that drew all the attention to her red manicure, the perfect pop of color.
